We want you to love your CRIMPiT experience, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your CRIMPiT device in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
